"Wir sind nicht gezwungen, ein Universaltalent zu sein" (“We are not forced to be an universal talent”)This also confirms that a great team can really achieve something extraordinary, single talent will struggle to have the speed team can have. #becksteiner #becksteinerwinzer#germanwine#genossenschaft#teamplay#universaltalent#findyourtalenthttps://lnkd.in/gx_hMB76

User-friendly is a crucial trait that enhances ease of operation in various aspects of life. Creating easy-to-operate products requires attention to detail. Take wine, for instance; it should taste exquisite and be effortless to drink. As Michael Braun, CEO & grape master at Becksteiner AG, highlights, achieving this delicate taste, needs careful observation in grape harvest timing, before the grape ripes too much. Cheers to wines that are both delightful and give us joy. 🍷 #UserFriendly #WineTasting #QualityProducts #Easytodrink

This story resonates with me, reminding me of the strange sense of comfort in an ice-cold bath after a satisfying 10-minute Finnish sauna session. Awakening cognitive awareness can open doors to various possibilities. As Wim says, "We are built to endure." Watch more here: https://lnkd.in/gm_Bf9aA It is a long interview but the last statement about purpose is really nice. He goes; Not to be in conflict of your soul - is your purpose ~ nicely said. (Note: his method is working with him it seems - and it does not mean, it works for all and I am not recommending it for all to do the same)

Structured Interview is a crucial element for qualitative assessment and the selection process. The insights shared by Annika Olofsson at #hrpepperhoffest was a valuable reminder to continuously review and update our interviewing process. By adopting a structured approach, we can mitigate unconscious bias and prevent interviewees from manipulating the conversation. This method allows us to focus on identifying genuine talent that aligns with the role we are looking to fill.Designing effective interview questions remains a challenge. Crafting questions that provide clear insights into a candidate's capabilities is a nuanced process. It involves a series of questions that help in evaluating the individual's learning abilities, decision-making skills, communication style, relationship-building skills, self-leadership, and adaptability to change. #StructuredInterview #QualitativeAssessment #SelectionProcess #Interviewing #TalentAcquisition #HRInsights

I have known people traveling on motorbike or bicycle across Japan, or by trains, but this was the first time to meet such travelers, who are WALKING across Japan with a 250kg self-made Handcart (Instagram: @futari.aruki https://lnkd.in/gxqcv6t8) and collecting trash on the street to do something good for the planet earth. Half of the space on this handcart is for the trash they collect, so far they are 859 days on the road already. We lucklily bumped into this lovely couple in our neighborhood looking for a place to rest, so we offered what they love getting offered: hot bath or shower (and dinner with desserts) and we could listen to very interesting stories about the road in Japan. Sadly there are many many trash produced by us local residents especially in non-city areas. Plastics and other packaging do not go back to earth, we need to process them. They have been already collecting more than 6 tons of trash. Unbelievable. When we produce products, we need to think holistically what to do with the products and its packaging. We need to 'process' them all, otherwise we are producing trash. Japan needs to stop packaging everything, it is getting to an unnecessary level often. Thank you for cleaning up our roads and also to remind us that we shall re-think our relation to trash.
